   Purchase the DNA Hormones (Test + Consultation). Your test kit will be shipped to you within 7 days of payment.

2. Complete Your Intake Forms

   You’ll complete a detailed intake questionnaire covering your health concerns, medical history, medications, and stressors. You’ll also track your food habits over three days to provide a clear picture of your current routines.

3. Collect Your Sample
   Once your kit arrives, follow the simple instructions to collect your bloodspot sample using a quick finger prick test. Use the prepaid shipping label to return your sample to the lab. Bloodspot cards are highly stable, ensuring top-quality results during shipment.

4. Wait for Sample Analysis
   Your results will typically be ready in 18 days (+/- 5 days). Once available, I’ll contact you to schedule our session.

5. 90-Minute Consultation
   During our one-on-one consultation, we’ll review your genetic results and discuss what they mean for your hormone metabolism, detoxification pathways, and overall health. Together, we’ll create a personalised plan tailored to your specific goals and needs.

6. Follow Your Plan
   After the consultation, you’ll receive a detailed report with actionable recommendations, including targeted dietary changes, supplements, and lifestyle strategies to support hormone balance and overall well-being.
