The GI MAP provides key insights into your gut health, helping you understand:
Pathogens and Infections: Detect bacteria, viruses, parasites, and fungi.
Microbial Balance: Identify imbalances in gut bacteria (dysbiosis).
Inflammation and Immune Function: Assess markers like calprotectin and secretory IgA.
Digestive Health: Understand enzyme activity and nutrient absorption.
-
Accurate and Detailed Results: The GI-MAP is a DNA-based test that uses advanced qPCR technology to detect microbial DNA. Results reflect the levels of pathogenic strains carrying toxin genes, rather than the levels of toxins themselves. Unlike traditional stool tests, it can detect anaerobes, viruses, and virulence factors that are often missed.
Expert Guidance: A one-on-one consultation with a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner ensures you fully understand your results and receive the support you need to take actionable steps to address your gut health and overall well-being.

This test is ideal for individuals experiencing:
Digestive Symptoms: Bloating, gas, diarrhoea, irregular bowel movements, IBD, IBS.
Systemic Symptoms: Fatigue, brain fog, unexplained low energy, chronic inflammation.
Skin Conditions: Acne, eczema, psoriasis, rashes.
Other Conditions: Food intolerances, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune issues, suspected infections (H. pylori, SIBO).
Proactive Health: For individuals looking to optimise gut health and overall well-being.
